New concept of grinding, cereals, oil cake and other organic material in high speed Brazilian hammer Mill with cut and rove technology which consume 50% less power consumption and very less ash content in grains powder.

After grinding all material goes into airlock which stop dusting the environment and safe guard the expensive grains by 20%. After air lock material drops by upward force into the mixture pre chamber.

From pre chamber, material is lifted by the screw conveyor to the bag via polyethylene mixture where all grains will start mixing – max mixing time for 500 Kg batch in only 15 minutes & in the same time period there is a separate bin for adding any type of mineral mixture or salt.

Aliplus France can be added in the bin with calculated amount of water & urea after mixing material is ready to pack. (There are no traces of urea in the feed after 21 days of fermentation)

PACKAGING:

25 Kg bag packing is done directly from the Mix 500 with the help of seal press machine. Material is ready to use within 21 days after the fermentation period.
